Heizen is building the world's fastest software development engine using AI Agents + elite engineers. But in a world of noise, speed alone isn't enough. We need stories that stick.

We're looking for a Founding Filmmaker to turn raw ideas (funny, thoughtful, technical, inspiring or bold) into cinematic content that actually hits. Think founder mini-docs, sketch-style product explainers, comedy reels on startup life, or intimate BTS footage of building something new.

This is an end-to-end creative role: from brainstorming to storyboarding, filming to editing, it's all you.
Perfect for a film student or early-career creator who's hungry to ship, learn, and go viral.

What You'll Do

Create 3–4 cinematic short-form videos per month that entertain, educate, and inspire across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts

Translate abstract ideas into stories like "the old software services model is broken" or "AI isn't replacing engineers, it's unlocking them"

Script, shoot, and edit autonomously, using whatever gear you're comfortable with (DSLRs, phones, gimbals up to you)

Bring tone and pacing range. Some pieces will be high-energy and funny. Others subtle, raw, or dramatic. You'll own that vision.

Capture real startup life. We're a fast-moving AI company. There's always something to film, if you know how to see it.
